Trouble Toggling Power Levels on My Milwaukee String Trimmer

Hey everyone! I've run into an issue with my Milwaukee string trimmer that I bought two weeks ago. Everything has been working fine except for the power level button, which won't let me change the power settings. I've checked the manual and tried different batteries, but no luck. The button lights up and shows all three lights, but I can't toggle between the power levels. Any advice on how to fix this? It's running on full power right now, and it's draining my batteries super fast!

Sounds like a defect to me! You should definitely consider exchanging it. Normally, you should be able to just press the button to switch through the power levels.

Thanks for the tip! Looks like it's going to be a trek back to HD for me.

It seems like you have an older model of the power head. If it's the one that was on sale, it might not have the latest features. If you can find the paperwork, check if you can identify which version you have. That might help when discussing the issue with support.
