I recently got a new 50' pressure washer hose, but after using it a couple of times, water stopped flowing. I swapped back to my old hose, and it worked fine, so I suspect there's something stuck in the new one. I tried flipping it around and got some water to flow, but it quickly stopped again. I think whatever's in there can move but can't pass through the fittings. Does anyone have any tips on how to clear the clog, or should I just give up and buy a new hose?

One method you could try is using a compressor to blow out the blockage. Alternatively, you could get a spool of 10-gauge wire and push it through the hose to feel where the clog is. If you can determine the location, using vice grips to gently crimp the hose may help break up the blockage. Just keep at it until it works again!
If you have a lower-end hose, it's likely that it has a faulty design, and trying to fix it could end up wasting your time and money. Sometimes, with these tools, you really do get what you pay for! I'd suggest investing in two 25' hoses from a reputable brand and using a brass connector to combine them for your 50' needs.
Honestly, it might just be best to toss it and buy a new hose. Was it one of those self-wrapping types or just a standard one? Sometimes simpler is better!
