Hey everyone! I live in an apartment that faces north, which means there's hardly any sunlight coming in. To make matters more challenging, I don't have many outlets available for grow lights. I'm looking for recommendations on plants that can thrive in these low-light conditions and would love some suggestions on easier-to-care-for options. It would be awesome if there are any that can actually produce fruit, like peppers or something similar! Thanks in advance for your help!

For low-light apartments like yours, I'd recommend trying snake plants, ZZ plants, pothos, and philodendrons. Golden pothos are often said to be the best for low light, but honestly, I've had great luck with marble queen and neon pothos too—they're usually less picky. My marble queen has been hanging in there for a year in low light, not thriving but definitely alive! If you're up for something bigger, monsteras can also do well in less light. Just remember, it might take some trial and error to figure out what works best for you!
Just a heads up, you probably won't find many fruiting plants that will thrive in low light conditions. They generally need more sunlight to produce fruit effectively. But if you're curious if there's a miracle plant out there that could do it, I'd say most likely not!
I had a feeling, but was curious if by some miracle there was one.

Thank you so much for the detailed reply! ?
