My wife has been trying to get our Thai Constellation plant to grow for over a year, but it's just not changing at all. It looks exactly the same as when we got it, and she's really frustrated. What might be causing this stagnation, and how can we encourage it to grow?

The size of the pot could be an issue. These plants like to be a bit cozy, so if it's in a pot that’s too large and the soil is staying too wet, it could be slowing down its growth. Make sure to also check for any pests, just in case!
It's actually in a pretty small pot! We haven't repotted it because I read they prefer smaller pots.
