What’s the best way to remove recessed lights that I can’t access from the back?

Hey everyone! I'm trying to figure out how to take out these recessed lights, but I can't get to them from the back. I'm a bit unsure about just using a screwdriver to pry it out, so I thought I'd ask for some guidance before I potentially damage anything. Has anyone dealt with this before? Any tips would be appreciated!

I've run into a similar issue before. Usually, the lights will either unscrew or have a spring mechanism. Pulling down should work too if they're fitted that way. Just be careful not to damage the fixture while trying to remove it! Let us know how it goes!

Thanks! I'll try pulling it down to see if it comes loose. I'll report back.

You should check if the outer ring can be unscrewed. It might come off like a bottle cap. If there's a grub screw on the side, try loosening that first. Most recessed lights just have spring-loaded legs and you can pull them down until they pop out. Take a close look and give it a shot! Good luck!

Thanks for the tips! I'll definitely check for that grub screw first.
