I'm planning to plant a dwarf peach tree in my garden next year but want to avoid using the native soil due to some issues. I've heard that a container size between 20-30 gallons is ideal for these trees. I'm wondering if using a grow bag of that size would work well, or if I should consider different types of containers instead. Also, if anyone knows of good links for non-grow bag options that fit these requirements, I'd appreciate it!

I used 18-gallon round utility tubs from Lowe's for my mini-dwarf apple trees. I made sure to add plenty of drainage holes, and they’re only about $11 each. Grow bags might be cheaper, but they can break down over time, and I didn’t want to deal with that during snowy winters. My trees are doing great, and I'm training them espalier style against a wall!
I've been growing my dwarf peach trees in 10-gallon rubber tubs with handles. They're super handy because you can move them around easily compared to grow bags!

Oh interesting; do you put drainage holes in the tubs?
