Best Tool for Cutting Off Wheel Studs?

I'm looking to cut off a wheel stud, maybe even up to 4 of them. The cutting area will be between the rotor and the wheel. I'm considering M12 tools since I currently have a couple of HO 5's. Options I'm thinking about include a Cut Off tool, Hackzall, or Angle Grinder. What do you think would work best for this job?

I’d recommend using either an oscillating tool or an angle grinder for this job. Those tools give you the most control and power for cutting through metal. But I'm curious, why do you need to cut them off?

The nuts are rounded and there's no space to get a socket in there. I could weld a nut to the end of the rounded one, but if that fails, I can always just break the studs.
