I'm stuck trying to disconnect a part in my dryer, and it's more challenging than I expected. There are these tiny tabs on the male end that are hard to pinch with my fingers, and using a small tool isn't much better since they don't seem to press down very far. I need to simultaneously depress tabs on both sides, which feels impossible to do alone. I don't have anyone around to help, and I've searched online with no luck. I'm starting to wonder if there's a piece broken off. Any suggestions on how I can tackle this solo, or tools I should try to reach the tabs? I've already attempted using screwdrivers and dowels.
P.S. Here's a link to the image showing the connector: [https://imgur.com/a/5AfsEu6](https://imgur.com/a/5AfsEu6)

Make sure to turn off the circuit breaker before you start messing with anything! Safety first, right? After that, try to get a better grip or leverage on the tabs, but please be careful not to break anything.
It looks like you're dealing with an old Molex plug. A common trick is to pull the two halves apart firmly while wiggling them back and forth a bit. It might take some force, but that method usually helps to disengage stubborn connectors without needing extra hands.
