Is My Garden a Safe Haven for Bees and Wasps?

Hey everyone! I've noticed an influx of bees (including honey bees, wasps, and yellow jackets) visiting my garden in Ontario. I have a couple of flowering gardens, lots of potted plants, and several watering stations set up for pollinators and wildlife. Every morning, I water my plants, and it's like a scene out of a Disney movie with so many bees buzzing around! They drink from my watering stations and flowers without showing any aggression towards me. I'm curious, have I created a peaceful watering hole for them? Or should I be worried about a hidden hive nearby? I don't want to stop watering since it's been so dry, but I want to make sure my garden is safe!

It sounds like you've built a delightful space for all those buzzing buddies! A garden thriving with pollinators is a good thing, and as long as you’re not having any issues, I wouldn’t stress. Pollinators help keep your garden healthy! Embrace the buzzing!

Thanks! It’s my first year with so many bees, and the drought means I'm the only garden in the area—definitely a buffet for all the creatures!
