I'm considering installing a Deye sun-12k-sg04lp3-eu inverter in a shed close to my house, but I'm curious about how loud it actually is. I've struggled to find reliable information on its noise levels. Will it be noticeable from outside the shed?

If you put it in the shed, you really won’t hear it outside. I have the 15kWp 3-phase model, and it's pretty quiet outside.
You'll notice it in the same room, but it's not too intrusive. I keep mine in the garage, and it’s only audible during peak sunlight or when there's a big power draw. Plus, you can swap out the fans for quieter ones if needed. Also, the datasheet mentions it has a noise level of 55 dB or less.
I have the 16kW version, and honestly, it's about as loud as a PC gaming fan when it gets warm.
