I'm thinking about selling my current 3/8 impact socket set for the 3/8 set that comes with the Packout. I recently discovered that my car has 21mm lug nuts, but my set only goes up to 19mm, which was super frustrating! The new set only includes deep sockets, and I'm wondering if I'd miss having the short ones. I usually handle regular maintenance on my own vehicles and do some work for friends and family. After writing this out, I think I'd be okay since I have a full set of chrome sockets too. What do you all think?

Most 3/8 sets only go up to 19mm because at that size, people start questioning the necessity of using a 3/8" drive at all. But hey, if you're just looking to work on your wheels right now, I totally get not wanting to buy a whole new set.
I actually just picked up the Milwaukee 3/8 impact socket set that includes sizes from 7mm all the way to 21mm. It’s got a great size marking, a good organization track, and I snagged it for $30 on sale! Maybe a bit pricier than Harbor Freight, but worth it for the extras you get.
If you're looking for a good deal, Harbor Freight has some nice Pittsburgh Pro impact lug nut sets that are worth checking out. They often have sales for around 40% off! Just keep in mind, though, that I think their sets are usually only available in 1/2" drive, unfortunately.
Yeah, I confirmed that's just for 1/2". You can still find a 21mm impact-rated socket in 3/8" for about $10 online from places like Amazon or Home Depot, but it won't be in stores.
Right, definitely hunt online for options if you're not finding what you need locally.

Exactly! I just don’t feel like investing in a new gun and socket set just for my wheels yet.
