Hey everyone! I'm trying to decide between the Milwaukee M18 Brushless 18" fan and the M18 Packout fan for my beach trips and camping adventures. I've also considered the GeekAire battery fans (16" and 12"), but they are lighter and cheaper but don't pack the same power as the Milwaukee fans. I feel like the 18" would be great for a group, while the Packout seems more personal-sized—almost like I'd need two to make it work. I get that the 18" is pretty pricey and a bit bulkier, but I wonder if it's worth it for flexibility. Has anyone tried these out for the beach or camping?

The Packout fan is seriously impressive. I can't speak for the beach since I don't have one nearby, but I took it camping, and I can’t imagine my summer trips without it! It really pushes out a lot of air for its size, making it perfect for tent camping or even just chilling by the tailgate while fishing.
I use the Packout fan along with the Packout radio and cooler when I hit the beach, and it’s been awesome! It's compact and works well for keeping things cool without taking too much space. If you can find it on sale, it's a steal!

Sounds great! I’m swaying towards the Packout for camping too. The 18” might be better for beach days, but starting with the Packout makes sense.
