I'm looking for a reliable TV mount that allows my 70" TV to sit facing forward for comfortable viewing while on the sofa, but also swivels a full 90 degrees to face an adjacent area for workouts. I've found many options on Amazon, but I'm after some real-world experiences and recommendations. It needs to be sturdy enough to support the large screen, and I'll definitely be mounting it into the studs.

I've had good luck with Bontec mounts. They're affordable but still hold up well. I have a few of different sizes and haven't had any issues with durability.
I got the ECHOGEAR mount for my 70" Samsung about a year ago, and it's been fantastic! It turns exactly how you want it to. Just a heads up, the Amazon page doesn't show any rotation photos, but it holds up well when fully extended without stressing the wall too much.
