I'm struggling with my Bodega T60 fridge; it seems to be draining my battery way too fast! I'm using a 2016wh battery and have the fridge set to eco mode. Any suggestions on what might be causing this or how to fix it?

It might help to keep your fridge fully stocked. More items give it more thermal mass, which means less energy loss. You could also consider getting a Bluetooth thermometer to track the temperature inside over time. It's one of the cheaper methods to manage your energy use better.
First, check if your fridge is properly latched and make sure it's in the shade. Also, ensure that the fan has enough space to breathe. Another tip is to place a thick blanket over it when not in use to help with insulation!
Just a thought—are you powering the fridge with AC or sticking to 12v DC? If you're using AC, that could be causing a massive jump in power consumption, often two to four times higher than running it on DC!
I had a similar issue! My camping fridge consumes way more on DC compared to AC, so that may explain what's going on with yours.
Wow, that seems a bit harsh, don't you think?

I've tested this out, and while it does help a bit, it's not a huge difference. My experience shows a fridge uses about 300wh/day when empty but only drops to 250wh/day when 50% full. I have a feeling you're using AC to power this, which could be bad news for efficiency.
