Hey everyone! I've got a setup with four 12V batteries configured in a Series Parallel arrangement for a 24V system. My Schneider Conext inverter charger keeps cutting out due to 'low battery' alerts, even though I've adjusted the settings according to the battery specs. I've faced balancing issues right from the start and have rewired everything twice, ensuring that both sets of batteries have the same length of wiring as recommended by a solar installer. Has anyone else experienced similar issues with these batteries? If you've used a balancer, which type did you go with and what was your experience? Thanks for any insights!

Running 12V batteries in series definitely calls for a balancer. Each battery has its own internal resistance, so they can drift apart over time. The internal balancer within each battery won’t help much since we're dealing with two different packs. You might want to grab a battery balancer or consider making/buying batteries that are more suited for your system's voltage.

Great point! What specific balancer do you recommend? I was looking into Victron options.
