Hey everyone, I'm curious if anyone has had trouble returning free tools at the Home Depot in Amarillo, Texas. I'm considering buying more items but haven't had a chance to return any free tool yet. Just want to make sure I won't encounter any issues during the return process.

Just return the stuff you don't need! You really don’t have to bring up anything about the BOGO or hacking. There’s no rule that says you have to return everything if you got it as part of a promotion. It should be a pretty easy process!
I doubt you'll have any real issues with returns. From what I've seen, there are a ton of folks shopping there, and only a few have reported any hassle. You could always try a different Home Depot or ask at a different time if one crew seems tricky. And if worse comes to worst, you can always return the whole bundle. No one's gonna give you a hard time for doing that, especially if it's a legit hackable bundle! Just double-check it's one of those to start with.
