Hey everyone, I'm a new homeowner and I've noticed that water is pooling near my home's foundation, causing some erosion around the concrete and a crack that looks pretty deep. I'm looking for advice on how to reroute my downspout to prevent this issue and also what products you'd recommend to fix the erosion and cracks. Would something like Sikaflex work for this? Definitely need a downspout extension! I recommend swinging by your local ACE hardware and showing them your picture. They can give you the best advice on how to divert the water away from your foundation. The key is to make sure the water is draining as far from your home as possible to avoid future erosion.
It being right on the front walkway is the problem.
