I have an old Craftsman 113 table saw, and unfortunately, its original fence is dented and not straight anymore. I've tried attaching some MDF pieces as an auxiliary fence with clamps, but I'm still getting a slight concave bow on my cuts, meaning the middle of the board is narrower than the edges. What would be the best way to create a straight fence for my table saw?

To be honest, the original fences on the 113 models leave a lot to be desired. If you're looking for a straight, reliable fence, I'd suggest upgrading. I swapped mine out for a Delta T4 fence, and it's fantastic. I highly recommend considering a similar upgrade if you want better results.

Nice to hear from another 113 owner! I've been thinking about that T4 too, but I've seen mixed reviews. Are they worth it over just buying a new saw?
