I've just moved into my boyfriend's house in London, and he has this charming little rooftop terrace that's completely bare right now. I really want to transform it into a cozy, welcoming space filled with greenery, but I have no gardening experience at all. The terrace doesn't have a garden to move plants into during winter, so I'm looking for tips on plants that can survive all year round.
