I'm having a frustrating issue with my Dewalt 20V Max XR batteries. They keep dropping down to one indicator light and won't charge at all. These batteries are all under three years old, with some being only a year old. I've even had one replaced by Dewalt because it wouldn't charge when it was less than a year old. I've tried jump-starting them after watching a video, but that didn't work either. While I love my Dewalt tools, the battery situation is really disappointing. Any tips or suggestions?

Just to confirm, have you made sure the batteries are seated fully in the charger? Sometimes they can look like they're in, but aren't making a proper connection.
What specific battery models are you using? Have you tested them with multiple chargers, or is everything tied to just one? Also, make sure to check that the voltage is indeed low; sometimes the indicator LEDs can burn out.
It's been a mix of 4-8Ah 20V Max XR batteries and a couple of 10Ah Flex volt ones. I've tried three different chargers too. A while back, I checked the voltage on a few before jump-starting them, but I can't recall the numbers. All the lights seemed fine before they dropped to just one light. Now, the charger blinks for about 10 minutes and then goes solid red, and the batteries will only power my yard tool for about a minute.
Hey, what voltage are the packs currently at? Just trying to gauge how low they're running.
I'll check that and update you soon!

Yes, I've made sure they are seated firmly.
