What’s the Best Way to Cover My Kitchen Breaker Panel?

I've got a breaker panel in my kitchen that's sticking out about 3 inches from the wall. There's a door molding right beside it and a wall only half an inch away on the left. I'm looking for some clean ways to cover it. Any suggestions?

Honestly, covering it isn't the best move. It's usually a violation and could be a safety issue in an emergency. Instead, consider framing it nicely and maybe painting a decorative picture on that frame. Just make sure it stays visible and accessible!

Normally, you shouldn't cover breaker panels since it's often against code. But if you’re looking to blend it in, you could paint it to match your wall. Just keep in mind, you still need access without hassle!

How about using a large framed painting or a tapestry? It could add some flair, but just make sure it’s still accessible. It's a little unconventional, but it might work if you're going for style!
