I accidentally spilled water-based paint on my carpet, and I'm really worried it won't come out! I've already tried vinegar, soap, and water, but I'm not seeing much success. The vinegar helped a little, but I feel like I'm running out of options. Any tips or tricks?

If your carpet can handle it, and the paint has dried, give brushing a go with a wire brush. Just be careful because different carpet types react differently—sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. But definitely start with keeping the paint area wet if you can!
Another method worth trying is using cooking oil to help break it down before scrubbing with dish soap and water. Just apply the oil, let it sit, and then go back in with the soap.
If the paint hasn’t dried yet, keep it wet! Spray some water on it and use a shop vacuum to suck up the mess. Blot it gently with clean towels repeatedly. This can work wonders! But if it's dry, you might need to get aggressive with a mixture of dish soap and water while scrubbing it out.
