How Can I Get Rid of Gnats in My Apartment After Moving Indoor Plants?

I've moved several outdoor plants inside over the past couple of months, and they came with a gnat and ant infestation. I've managed to eliminate most of the ants and other bugs, but the gnats are still a problem. They've taken over my new apartment! I've been trying to get rid of them for weeks using mosquito dunks, fly traps, and vinegar/dish soap mixtures, often all at once. It's been a month with the mosquito dunks, but they don't seem to be doing anything. Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

One thing my mom swears by is pouring boiling water down all the drains to get rid of gnats. It seems like a good option! Just make sure to check if your drains are causing the issue. You might still want to give it a shot, even if the kitchen isn't close to your plants!

I’ve tried that too, but no luck yet. It's frustrating to deal with these pests!
