I've had three batteries stop charging in the last two months, and they're all less than three years old. Any ideas on what might be going wrong? Thanks for any help!

What kind of batteries are you using? Some brands just aren't as reliable as others. It could be worth looking into that.
Do you have multiple chargers? Because a faulty charger can damage good batteries, and the opposite is true as well. If your batteries are still under warranty, it's best to consider a replacement. I recommend getting a new charger and using it only with new batteries to avoid any issues. Don't reuse the old charger, just get rid of it.
If your batteries are less than three years old, they're usually under warranty, so definitely consider getting them replaced if they're failing.
It might be that you're using unofficial chargers or tools, which can cause the batteries to discharge so much that the charger can't recognize them anymore. A workaround is to jumpstart the battery with a charged DeWalt battery, which I've seen covered in some YouTube videos. I did this with one of my own that I drained using a non-standard adapter for my son's ride-on car. Give it a try if you're feeling adventurous!
I had similar charging issues before too, and it turned out to be a simple fix. Make sure you're pressing the black release button on the battery as you slide it into the charger. That solved my problems, and it even worked for my boss when she had issues. Try that first before thinking about replacing anything!

That's solid advice! I had a similar issue, and switching chargers made a huge difference.
