I'm looking for safe methods to deter flies from my lawn, which is frequently used by my dog. I'm currently scooping and watering the area, but after my dog had some stomach issues, I realize it hasn't been very effective, and now we have a fly problem on our hands. I'm considering diluting some pet-safe Zoflora in my watering can to spray the grass, but I'm worried that might harm my lawn. Does anyone have any better solutions? Thanks in advance!

When it comes to getting rid of flies, the best approach is to focus on removing any attractants first. Cleaning up with a hose can help, but if you’re stuck using a jug or can for now, just make sure you’re thorough in removing any waste. You might also want to consider outdoor fly traps; they can be smelly but really do work. Just remember, it’s best to tackle the source of the problem to keep those bites away!

Got it! I’ll definitely try the traps and keep my yard clean. Fingers crossed it works!
