Hey everyone! My family and I are planning a trip to Oregon and Washington, and we want to check out some cool places. We're interested in everything from tool shops to sites that highlight logging history, or anything that showcases how things were done in the past. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

For a unique experience, check out Camp 18 on Highway 26, which leads to the Oregon Coast. It's this massive log cabin restaurant filled with old logging equipment outside. They serve awesome biscuits and gravy, and the portions are huge! A great pit stop for sure.
If you’re keen on history, the Washington State History Museum in Tacoma is a must-visit. They have some fantastic exhibits on old industries and their impact on the region.
You might want to explore the WW I memorial in Maryhill, WA. It's a full-size replica of Stonehenge and it's pretty impressive! Also, take a scenic drive along Highway 84; the forests are beautiful. Plus, check out Stevenson, WA for some nice eateries and a cool brew pub. If you're near the coast, don’t miss Astoria, Oregon—there are some interesting shops like Phog Bounders Antique Mall with great finds!
