I've received my third quote for a garage build in the Chicagoland area, and it's the best one so far. I'm handling the electrical work myself, so I think the estimate looks somewhat fair considering that separate concrete quotes are going over 12k just for that part. The garage will be 20x22 feet with a 6-foot side door, one window, and a belt-driven opener with a camera. The total I was quoted is 27k. What do you all think?

That sounds reasonable to me. Given the current pricing, especially with concrete being so high, I think you're getting a decent deal.
Yeah, I thought the same! Concrete costs are crazy right now, it really adds up fast.
