Help! Weird Growths on My Tree Leaves

I've noticed some strange growths on the leaves of my tree and I'm not sure what they are. Has anyone encountered this before? I'd appreciate any insights on what might be going on.

Yeah, it looks like those are definitely wasp galls. They can seem creepy, but don’t worry, they usually don’t do much harm to your tree. Just keep an eye on it!

Those weird growths you're seeing are probably Silk Button Galls! They’re formed by gall wasps laying eggs on the leaves. It might sound alarming, but most of the time, they're not harmful to the tree. Still, if you're curious, there's even a UK Gall Society that dives deep into this topic!
