Best Glue Options for Attaching Shower Holder to Tiles?

I'm trying to attach a handheld shower holder to the tiles in my shower, but the peel and stick backing that came with it isn't holding up due to moisture and the weight of the shower head. Does anyone have recommendations for a better adhesive or glue that would work for this?

I've had good luck with Alien Tape or Nano tape; it sticks to lots of surfaces. Just remember to prepare the surface well, no matter what tape or glue you decide to use!

Make sure the area where you’re applying the adhesive is super clean! Remove all soap scum and then wipe the surface with rubbing alcohol to really prep it. The texture of the tile can also affect how well it sticks, so prep is key!

If you're looking for a strong, permanent bond, E6000 is a great option. It’s really durable. But if you think you might want to remove it later, consider using a heavy-duty 3M Command hook—just use the strip without the actual hook part. Just be sure to let it cure for about 24 hours before putting any weight on it!
