It really depends on the screw length and what's underneath. If it's going into the roof, I personally wouldn't recommend it without checking the measurements. It’s better to confirm that you’re not piercing through anything important.
The roof is there, but I'm not sure how long the screws should be. I think they might be 1 1/4 inches. What's a safer way to secure this?
