Hey everyone! I recently upgraded my Home Depot account from a regular DIY setup to a Pro account, and I'm curious about any potential downsides or advantages. Are there any important warnings or disadvantages I should know about? Specifically, will I still be able to take advantage of hacks with Milwaukee tools? I'd also love to hear about any benefits that come with the Pro account. Thanks a ton!

Don't worry about the hacks; those should still work just fine under your Pro account. The only notable change is that you'll enjoy longer retention for online receipts and will start earning gift cards as rewards.
Quick question: Do I need to get the Pro card now that I've switched to a Pro account? Currently, I just have the regular customer card.
One key thing to remember is that whenever you buy tools using a different payment method, be sure to scan the HD app to keep track of your receipts and rack up rewards. It really adds up quickly! I've found that tracking everything is the main perk of having the Pro account. Plus, returns are way easier now. Just a heads up though—I don't mess with hacks under my business account because I'd rather not risk getting flagged for saving a few bucks.
