So, I didn't crimp my C4M adapters properly, and now they're stuck in the casing. I can't hand crank them closed either. Is there a way to remove the metal piece from the adapter so I can crimp it, or should I just get new C4Ms? I promise I'm not joking around here!

Hey, I think you might be referring to MC4 connectors, right? When I mess those up, I usually just cut them off and start fresh. You might want to give that a try if you can’t get them crimped. It’s a pain, but sometimes it’s the easiest solution!

Thanks for understanding my situation! So if I do go the cut-it-off route, do you recommend using brand new connectors, or have you ever been able to push that metal piece out by hand?
