I actually created a personal Google site where I keep track of everything. I have a fun carousel that includes photos of my garden beds by month, plus care tips for each plant. When fall comes, I update it with details from the previous season, which helps me remember what works. I even track the seeds I’ve bought and their starting dates, along with a page for bulbs with pics of what they should look like in spring. It’s super accessible on my phone too!
