I have LVP in my bathroom, including a vinyl countertop around my big tub, and I'm really not a fan of it. I don't have the budget or time for a full renovation right now, so I'm looking for quick fixes to improve its appearance. Can I paint over it, or maybe add peel-and-stick vinyl tiles? It's important to me that any changes are waterproof since it's a bathroom. Ideally, I want to replace the dull grey with something cozier. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Painting over LVP in a bathroom is generally not a good idea, especially considering the moisture. You might find that the paint starts peeling really quickly. Instead, consider getting some washable bathroom throw rugs from IKEA or Walmart to add a touch of color and comfort. It’s a simple and effective way to spice things up!
Using paint on any floor surface, particularly in a humid area like a bathroom, isn’t the best bet since it tends to wear off. If you're keen on making changes, think about waterproof throw rugs or possibly using epoxy. That's a more durable option for countertops. Just be cautious with what you choose for the vanity area!
