I'm pretty new to woodworking and my current table saw isn't great. I'm considering whether it's worth it to purchase a new one, specifically looking at models like the Hercules or Bauer from Harbor Freight or a Ryobi from Home Depot. Any advice?

Out of those three options, I think the Hercules is the best choice if you’re on a budget. However, you might also want to check out the SKIL TS6307-00 10" Jobsite Table Saw. It’s not much different in price and has folding legs which can be super convenient!
Have you thought about getting a good used table saw instead? Since you're just starting out, there's a chance you might lose interest down the line. If you don't over-invest now, you can sell it later without losing too much money.
