Hey everyone, I'm a first-time poster and could really use your advice! I recently attempted a two-tone wall with the top half in off-white and the bottom half in dark blue. I taped off the colors, but when I rolled the blue paint, it bled under the tape. I learned later that I should have saturated the tape line first. I tried to fix it by moving the tape line higher, which worked better, but now there's an indent line where the old blue paint is higher than the top coat. It looks really bad! Any tips on how to fix this issue? I've got some photos linked to help show the problem! [Link to photos](https://imgur.com/a/wPctN5y)

Sanding fresh paint can definitely be tricky. Just take your time with it, and it should help blend that line away. For your next attempt, consider applying the tape and then sealing the paint line with a bit of clear caulk. Just run a small bead and wipe off the excess with your finger; it works wonders for preventing any bleeding.
What kind of paint are you using? If there's a noticeable physical line, you might want to sand it down to make it flat and then touch it up with some paint afterwards.

I'm using acrylic BEHR Marquee. Should I just sand the line directly, or do I need to feather out a bit above and below it too?
