I'm refurbishing an old go-kart for my son, and while I've managed to dismantle it and treat most parts, I'm stuck on the hinges for the steering. I've already tried WD40, hammering, and even heating them up with a lawn torch, but nothing has worked. The go-kart was left outside for about a decade, which didn't help. I really don't want to hit a dead end after overcoming so many challenges! Any suggestions on how to un-seize these stubborn metal hinges?

Have you tried using PB Blaster? It's great for freeing stuck parts. Just spray it on the hinges and let it soak for a few hours—repeat if necessary. It might be just the thing you need!
