Hey everyone! I'm currently working at a landscaping company, and we're trying to find a better way to track repairs and routine maintenance on our equipment. Excel has been our go-to, but it's not cutting it anymore. We need a system that helps us know what needs attention, what's in stock, and what parts we need to order. I'm actually prototyping an app to address these issues and would love to hear from anyone who's experiencing similar challenges. Have you found any good software solutions for this? Thanks for your help!

I've never used a specific app for this, but I usually do major checks in the winter. I set reminders for the bigger equipment, while for smaller stuff, I keep common replacement parts on hand and just go with the flow. How do you manage your reminders for larger equipment?
EZO CMMS is a solid choice! It takes care of work orders and preventive maintenance scheduling, so you won't skip any monthly check-ups for your tools and vehicles. I recommend giving their free trial a shot. It might just fit what you're looking for!
