I grew some lovely Rosemary for the first time this year and now I'm a bit unsure about how to properly harvest it. Should I just cut it and let it dry out? Any tips on the best uses for my fresh herbs would be greatly appreciated!

You can definitely cut the Rosemary to use it fresh! Just snip off the stems you need, ideally about halfway down. It’s great to use in recipes like roasted potatoes or homemade focaccia. Enjoy your cooking!
Beyond potatoes, consider using your Rosemary in a roast or even making some focaccia bread. Those dishes really bring out its flavor! Can't wait to hear how they turn out!
Yum!!! One roast, coming up!

So use it fresh? Thank you!
