Hey everyone! I'm working on setting up a door entry system where users can text a number to receive a personal access code. Once they get that code, they would enter it on a pin pad by the door to unlock it. I've got the software part down, but I'm struggling to find a pin pad that I can easily interface with to read the entered codes. Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

You might want to try searching for 'access control system' online. Access control solutions have been around for ages, and you can buy components separately. There are a lot of options out there!

Just a heads up, this probably isn't the best forum for discussing which pin pads work best with things like servers, Raspberry Pis, or Arduinos.
