I just received a rhipsalis ramulosa in the mail today, and I've noticed some strange dots all over the plant. I've encountered similar dots on other cacti and succulents before. I'm not sure if these are scale insects or some other type of pest. Should I be worried about this?

Another possibility could be surface imperfections or natural markings, especially since rhipsalis can sometimes have unique features.
