How Should I Manage My Overgrown Office Plant?

I've been taking care of this fantastic office plant that has really flourished over the years. It's grown so big that I now have to place it next to the wall for its leaves to keep stretching up. I'm wondering if I should trim it back a bit or maybe even propagate some of the longer leaves. I'm planning to repot it this weekend, but I'm hesitant to cut anything since it's such a stunning plant. Any suggestions?

Wow, your plant looks amazing! If it's getting so tall, it might be a sign it needs more light. Have you thought about bringing in a grow light? I used to use one on a timer at work to keep my plants happy, and it worked wonders. Just a thought! But if you do decide to trim it, just know that many plants will bounce back and could even grow back bushier. Good luck with your repotting!

That plant looks like a Hawaiian ti, right? It's so beautiful! Definitely consider giving it more light if you can. Also, if you do trim it, just know that it might grow back even fuller. I've seen that happen with other plants. Just something to keep in mind as you decide what to do!
