Tips for a Quick and Affordable Home Renovation Before Selling

I'm gearing up for a big home renovation since I'm moving in just over a month. I need to get my condo ready for sale, and I've got a pretty big list of things to tackle:

- New floors
- Painting the house
- Upgrading bathroom sink fixtures
- Replacing appliances
- More painting
- Repairing door trim
- Installing a new closet door
- Putting in a new kitchen light fixture
- Adding a screen door

I've put off a lot of these tasks because they didn't bother me personally, but I know they need to be done for potential buyers. I'm looking for advice on how to efficiently complete all these tasks in a short timeframe without spending a fortune. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Have you thought about talking to a realtor? They can really help you figure out what's worth your time and money. Some projects, like the floors, closet door, and sink fixtures might be necessary, but you might not need to do everything on your list. It could save you both time and cash!
