I'm cleaning up an auto shop where there's a lot of rockerguard paint on the concrete floor. So far, I've been using an angle grinder with a wire wheel, and it's working pretty well. Do I need to reseal the floor after I'm done? I honestly don't know much about concrete maintenance. Also, if anyone has better methods for getting this kind of paint off, that would be awesome! I've tried degreaser and scrubbing, but since it's bed liner, it just doesn't come off easily. Here's a pic of how the floor looks after grinding: https://imgur.com/a/TphI0fR

You actually don't need to reseal the concrete unless you want easier cleanup later. If you're okay with just bare concrete, that should be fine for a shop. But if you want to make it easier to clean up dust and spills, consider applying some epoxy or a concrete sealer. It'll help in the long run!
Don't forget to wear an N95 mask while grinding, and definitely cover anything that you don't want covered in paint dust, like tools or nearby surfaces!
