Hey everyone, I'm really fed up with my basic toilet setup and I'm dreaming of something more luxurious for my bathroom—think heated seats, bidets, warm water, and all the fancy features that make it feel like a spa. I came across the DeerValley Smart Toilet (DV-1S0029), which sounds impressive with its tankless design and foot-kick flush, but I'm curious if it lives up to the hype or if it's just a bunch of marketing fluff. I really want to know if anyone out there has a smart toilet that delivers a great experience without costing a fortune like a Tesla! Also, I'm interested to find out the most budget-friendly ways to achieve that 'Japanese toilet' feel. If you've got a brand or model you love or one to avoid, please share it. It would be a huge plus if it's available in Canada. Thanks in advance—my backside is counting on you all!

Toto is a solid option, and I've heard great things about the Washlet line specifically. They really deliver on the features and quality. Just keep in mind that you might need some nearby power to hook it up!
I've been using a Toto Washlet and I have to say, it’s fantastic! It has a tankless heater, a heated seat, and a warm air dryer. Plus, I added an inline water filter just to keep things extra nice. Totally worth the investment if you’re looking for that luxury experience!

Yeah, I had to run an extension cord at first because my outlet was too far! Maybe look into getting an electrician to help out if that's an issue for you.
