Is There a Corded Option for the M18 Vacuums?

I'm really enjoying my M18 shop vac, but I often find myself in situations at work where I need to vacuum one area for a long time, and I end up draining multiple batteries. I've seen some tools that have the ability to be plugged in, like my rover light, and I'm hoping to find something similar for my vacuum. Has anyone come across a battery adapter or any way to use the M18 vacuum as a corded tool?

There are some new vacuums that might fit what you're looking for! They have options for longer use that could save you the hassle of changing batteries all the time.

Converting AC to DC power for tools can be tricky and costly. It's usually best just to get a corded tool if that’s what you need. But hey, there are some hybrid models that might work for you. Both Dewalt and Harbor Freight have vacuums with dual power options, and I heard Metabo has adapters that plug in like a battery. You might want to look into those for something similar from Milwaukee.

Milwaukee does make a dust extractor that works great as a vacuum. It can handle dual batteries or be plugged into a standard 120v outlet. You can check it out [here](https://www.milwaukeetool.com/Products/0888-22HD).

That sounds perfect for what I need! Just wish my budget could handle it.
