Temporary Shower Curtain Solutions for Tall Ceilings?

Hey everyone! ? I recently bought a new home and I'm really excited about it. My bathroom has a shower and bathtub combo, but I'm facing a little challenge. I want to set up a shower curtain for it, but the ceilings are really high, and I don't want to drill anything permanent. I found some options for temporary hoop-shaped shower curtain rods, but I'm a bit concerned about using them safely since I'd need to set them up without reaching the ceiling. Really, I just need the rod to be at head height—around four feet off the ground when I'm standing in the tub. Anyone have suggestions for adjustable temporary shower curtain rods or solutions that won't require complicated installation? Thanks a bunch!

I think you're overthinking this a bit! Have you considered using a tension shower rod? They can adjust to your desired height and are pretty easy to install since you just need to stretch them between the walls. I mean, unless your ceilings are like 20 feet high, putting it up at head height should be a breeze! Just make sure the curtain will fully cover the tub to prevent any water splashing out.

That's a good point about needing the curtain to cover the tub completely. If it’s open on the sides, you’ll have water everywhere! Just make sure whatever rod you choose is sturdy enough to handle that.
