A budget-friendly ground mount option could be pressure-treated 4x4s with unistrut. This provides durability and even gives you a usable space underneath the solar array! Also, if you're open to it, checking out used solar panels can save you a ton. I’ve seen 320W panels for only $50 on FB Marketplace. It might require more space, but you'll definitely get more watts per dollar!
Hey! I hear you on the racking dilemma. I've also been looking into different options. IntegraRack is pretty straightforward, but I've thought about using metal fence posts with some pressure-treated lumber for support. It might save you some cash! Also, I came across Maker Pipe fittings that work with EMC conduit, but I’m not too sure about how sturdy they are. Hope that helps!
Really curious about your system goals! Are you planning to connect to the grid or go off-grid? I'm not familiar with Dawnice either, what made you choose that brand? I'm using PT framing and unistrut for my mount as well. It takes more effort but can save you some cash! You can find lots of examples online too.
