I've got a pretty heavy butcher block that I've been using for a while, but I've noticed it's warped at the bottom so much that I can spin it around on my counter without any effort. What's the best way to go about fixing this? Should I consider sanding it down or is there a better method?

Screwing on or sticking corner feet could help you manage the warp for a bit. It's a temporary fix but might give you some time to decide on a permanent solution.
I’d suggest getting some stick-on bumpers and placing them on each corner. This should lift the center a bit and help with grip. You can find these at any home improvement store and they come in various thicknesses.
