Hey everyone! I'm reaching out to see if anyone out there is using the new 6000XP V2. I've noticed some differences with the circuit breaker covers and the way the connections are set up, but that's not my main concern. I received my unit just last week and even after spending an hour on the phone with EG4 Support, we couldn't get it to produce power from the solar panels. They mentioned something about a minimum voltage threshold of 120V to start generating power, but it seems like I might also need a minimum wattage – it's not kicking in until around 1700W. I'm worried I might have a faulty unit since my setup worked perfectly with the V1. If you have a V2, are you managing to produce power in the early morning hours or lower light conditions?

I just got my V2 recently but haven’t installed it yet. I didn’t even realize it was a V2 until I opened it and saw the different connections! I’m curious if there are any notable differences beyond the external changes you mentioned. I’ll update you all once I get it set up, hopefully soon!
My son installed the EG4 6000XP a few weeks ago, and he hasn't faced any issues. It sounds like you might have a defective unit that could need a replacement.

Yeah, but it seems like no one has a V2 yet! You're the first I've heard from who actually got one.
